PE-LOAN SERVICING 2.Job Summary : Voice Individuals in this role are responsible for first level processing of loans orders requests and claims across the loan servicing life cycle The associate is expected to process items accurately and optimally in accordance with laid down procedures and maintain requisite standards of quality and productivity 3.Experience : 0to2yrs 4.Required Skills : Technical Skills : MS Excel Domain Skills : 5.Nice to have skills : Domain Skills : 6.Technology : 7.Shift : Day 8.Responsibilities : Knowledge on Loan Servicing and components Escrow and NonEscrow loans Familiar with key topics like new loan set up flood determination Mortgage Insurance tax Investor reporting document indexing imaging and retrieval II Key Result Areas Processing loans orders requests or claims as assigned by Team Lead Achieve Individual SLA targets for metrics like Accuracy Productivity Volumes and TAT Adherence to the procedures provided by the business also called SOP Standard Operating Procedure Completion of all mandatory assessment certifications as applicable to the supported business Achieve the required Learning Health Score III Typical Responsibilities Business Customer Liaise with internal external clients Seek for approvals from internal stake holders wherever required ProjectProcess First level processing of assigned transactions on any of the following types o Quality review appraisal review BPO review title review o Verification o Information setup Loan setup escrow setup Mod setup claim setup o Updating of information 5 BPS Horizontals Service Delivery Track o Assignment of work appraisal title closing orders other vendor assignment o Research of missing docs subordination escrow tax claims mods o Execution of processing transactions Ability to identify and understand various terminologies used in US Mortgage Mortgage lien parcel services escrow and Non Escrow types of loans Knowledge to clearly identify the various functions in a Mortgage Value Chain Knowledge on generating reports handling payments processing nonsufficient fund requests perform research on loan accounts and handle exceptions Follow the work instruction documentSOP to process all tasks and activities Process the work in workflow tools as available Ensure adherence to QC checklists Seek clarifications from SPESME where needed Inform SMESupervisor in case of updates or changes to process Perform regular maintenance tasks and complete the task before winding up the day People Team Complete the mandatory training programs Participate in the Preprocess orientation process Capture productivity nonproductivity hours in specific tools as made available Actively participate and contribute to team initiatives regular team meetings presenting of thoughts Ideas etc IV Degree of IndependenceSupervision required Performs assigned duties according to specific procedures Complex problems proceduresprocesses are referred to the respective SOP supervisor Work product is reviewed closely for accuracy V Team Management Responsibilities NA VI Qualification Education Graduate MBA Minimum Experience required 0 to 1 year experience in BPO Transaction Data Processing background Mortgage Voice skills if needed VII Additional Info While performing the essential functions of this job the associate is required to remain in a stationary position standing or seated use a computer keyboard and view data on a computer screen for up to 95 of their work hours or shift VIII Entry and Exit Criteria Shift Timing 1730 0330 Work Model Shift alignment WFO Night shifts This requirement is for Voice
