Job Description
- Develop and manage Planning Analytics (IBM TM1) models, cubes, and dimensions
- Implement and maintain DRM (Data / Data Relationship Management / Oracle DRM) solutions for master data governance
- Design and deploy data workflows using AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, etc.)
- Integrate data between Planning Analytics, DRM, and enterprise data sources
- Build and optimize forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning models
- Ensure data consistency, hierarchy management, and governance controls
- Automate data pipelines and system integrations
- Support business users with data analysis and planning processes
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system efficiency
- Hands-on experience with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)
- Cube design, TurboIntegrator (TI), rules, feeders
- Strong knowledge of DRM (Oracle DRM or similar master data tools)
- Experience with AWS services:
- S3 (data storage)
- Glue (ETL)
- Lambda (serverless processing)
- Redshift/Athena (analytics)
- Strong SQL and data modeling skills
