Responsibilities : -Manage daily sales data tracking activities using advanced MS Excel functions to ensure accurate and timely reporting for stakeholders in a hybrid work model. -Develop detailed sales performance dashboards and summaries in MS Excel to support effective monitoring of key performance indicators for business growth. -Analyze customer interaction records and sales trends using spreadsheets to identify patterns that improve conversion rates and customer retention. -Coordinate closely with internal sales and support teams to ensure that customer queries and issues are logged prioritized and resolved in a structured manner. -Provide clear and timely assistance to customers via approved communication channels by using standardized templates and data references to maintain consistent service quality. -Document sales processes and support workflows in a clear format to ensure seamless knowledge transfer across teams and to facilitate onboarding of new team members. -Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to gather requirements for reports by translating business needs into structured MS Excel based solutions. -Validate the accuracy of customer and sales data through regular audits of spreadsheets to reduce errors and support reliable management decisions. -Prepare periodic sales summaries and support metrics for review meetings by using pivot tables and formulas to present insights in a concise format. -Contribute to the improvement of sales and support operating procedures by documenting suggestions that optimize efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. -Utilize any available 3G related domain exposure to interpret data from telecom or similar environments in a way that supports tailored sales strategies. -Support the adoption of digital tools and templates in the team by sharing best practices in Excel based reporting and simple automation techniques. -Align daily work with the organization purpose by focusing on accurate information reliable customer support and ethical handling of data that positively impacts customers and society. -Qualifications -Possess two to four years of experience in sales support or customer operations roles where MS Excel was used extensively for reporting and analysis tasks. -Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Excel including use of formulas pivot tables basic charts and data validation to handle medium to large datasets. -Show practical experience in managing customer or sales records in structured formats with a focus on quality control and timely updates. -Exhibit familiarity with telecom or 3G related environments as a nice to have capability to better understand industry specific data and use cases. -Display effective communication skills in working with sales support and operations teams with an emphasis on clarity accuracy and service orientation. -Maintain a disciplined and organized approach to work in a hybrid model by managing time tasks and priorities independently while collaborating effectively with remote colleagues. -Adopt a continuous learning mindset by staying updated on new Excel techniques and basic data handling practices that enhance efficiency and service outcomes. 9.
