Job Summary
Consulting Analyst role requiring six to ten years of experience in Azure centric DevOps delivery focusing on hybrid work model client engagements in industry essentials. The analyst will design cloud solutions optimize continuous integration and delivery pipelines and guide teams on Azure adoption to improve reliability speed and business value for global clients.
Responsibilities
- Drive end to end Azure solution consulting by assessing current client environments and proposing feasible cloud adoption roadmaps that align with industry essentials business priorities and compliance needs
- Design optimized Azure cloud architectures that balance cost performance security and scalability while addressing specific operational constraints and regulatory expectations of industry essentials clients
- Implement and refine continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps and related tooling to enable frequent reliable and traceable software releases across multiple environments
- Coordinate cross functional collaboration between development testing and operations teams to embed DevOps ways of working that improve deployment frequency and reduce change failure rates
- Configure and manage Azure cloud resources such as compute storage and networking components to ensure resilience observability and maintainability for business critical workloads
- Establish standardized branching strategies build automation practices and release workflows in Azure DevOps that promote code quality transparency and predictable delivery cycles
- Monitor production and nonproduction environments using Azure native monitoring tools to detect issues proactively analyze incident trends and recommend targeted improvements that reduce downtime
- Create and maintain technical documentation for Azure architectures environment configurations and pipeline designs so that client stakeholders can operate and evolve solutions with confidence
- Guide client teams on DevOps and cloud engineering best practices through workshops coaching sessions and structured knowledge transfer that empowers them to sustain improvements after engagements conclude
- Evaluate new Azure services and DevOps capabilities and recommend adoption paths that deliver measurable value to client operations while minimizing disruption to existing processes
- Analyze and optimize Azure cost consumption patterns by reviewing resource utilization and suggesting right sizing automation and governance practices that support financial accountability
- Collaborate with consulting peers to translate business requirements related to industry essentials into technical solution options that clearly articulate tradeoffs benefits and implementation complexity
- Ensure adherence to secure development and deployment practices across Azure and pipeline configurations by applying enterprise security standards and promoting continuous compliance checks
Qualifications
- Validate that candidates bring six to ten years of progressive experience in consulting or engineering roles focused on Azure cloud based solutions and DevOps centric delivery models
- Demonstrate strong hands on expertise in Microsoft Azure services including core infrastructure platform services and platform capabilities relevant to enterprise scale industry essentials workloads
- Exhibit solid experience in designing and operating continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps with proficiency in build automation artifact management and release orchestration
- Show proven ability to apply DevOps principles such as automation infrastructure as code continuous testing and monitoring to improve reliability and deployment efficiency in Azure environments
- Possess working knowledge of Azure cloud security identity and access management concepts to ensure solutions comply with organizational and regulatory expectations in industry essentials contexts
- Apply domain understanding of industry essentials to connect technical decisions with operational realities regulatory drivers and performance indicators that matter to business stakeholders
- Communicate complex Azure and DevOps concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences while documenting recommendations and decisions in concise and actionable formats
- Adapt effectively to a hybrid work model by collaborating virtually and onsite as needed while maintaining strong self organization and accountability for deliverables in day shift engagements
