Job Summary
This role involves managing data and machine learning engineering projects leveraging expertise in Tableau PL/SQL and Python to deliver impactful solutions. The candidate will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and optimize data-driven decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and implementation of data pipelines and workflows to ensure seamless integration and processing of large datasets.
- Develop and maintain machine learning models to address complex business challenges and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Tableau PL/SQL and Python.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of data systems and machine learning models to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of data and ML solutions to maintain accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Implement best practices for data governance security and privacy to safeguard sensitive information.
- Analyze data trends and patterns to generate actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to align data and ML solutions with business objectives.
- Create detailed documentation for all data and ML processes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in data engineering and machine learning technologies to incorporate innovative solutions.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Contribute to the companys mission by delivering data-driven solutions that enhance societal impact.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Demonstrate proficiency in PL/SQL for database management and query optimization.
- Exhibit advanced programming skills in Python for developing machine learning models and data processing scripts.
- Have a solid understanding of data engineering principles and machine learning algorithms.
- Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Hold a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in data and ML engineering with a maximum of 14 years.
- Display effective communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bring a proven track record of delivering high-quality data and ML solutions in previous roles.
- Show familiarity with industry standards and best practices for data governance and security.
- Demonstrate adaptability to evolving technologies and business requirements.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Have experience in creating detailed documentation for technical processes and solutions.
