Job Summary
This role involves leading technical initiatives related to Informatica MDM solutions ensuring seamless integration and optimization of data management processes. The candidate will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Informatica MDM solutions including Entity360 and IDD to ensure efficient data management and integration across systems.
- Oversee the configuration and optimization of Informatica MDM Hub Console to enhance data governance and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise in leveraging Informatica Active VOS for workflow automation and process orchestration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable MDM architecture solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure clarity and consistency in MDM implementations.
- Conduct regular performance assessments of MDM systems and recommend improvements to enhance functionality and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Informatica MDM tools ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Work closely with data governance teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices for using Informatica MDM tools effectively.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to align MDM strategies with broader organizational objectives.
- Ensure seamless integration of MDM solutions with existing IT infrastructure and applications.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging trends in MDM technologies to recommend innovative solutions for future projects.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure robust testing and validation of MDM implementations. Qualifications
- Demonstrate expertise in Informatica MDM solutions including Entity360 IDD and Active VOS with hands-on experience in implementation and optimization.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of MDM architecture and the ability to design scalable and efficient solutions.
- Showcase proficiency in using Informatica MDM Hub Console for configuration and troubleshooting.
- Exhibit strong analytical skills to assess system performance and recommend actionable improvements.
- Have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on emerging MDM technologies.
- Bring a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in Informatica MDM tools with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site collaboration effectively.
- Possess a detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and consistency in technical documentation.
- Show a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance data management capabilities.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and ensure system reliability.
